Very clean, beautiful garden, most personel very friendly, especially the Russian service ladies.
Still too massive (main restaurant) and too noisy around the pool and sometimes in the hotel near the rooms! The minibar was not refilled properly after a period of "don't disturb" (no check in the afternoon).

Polite staff which does nothing, wi-fi does not work (even if you are ready to pay 2 euro per hour), don't expect to see landscaped gardens, no grass, they paint grass with colored water (have you ever seen something like this), chef is something, food is awful, no taste, in this uai hotel you have minibar with 2 beers, 2 mineral water, one coke and one fanta. Only two big and two medium towels, within a week they didn't change bedclothes and bathrobe, don't go to their spa, it is also renovated but the staff knows nothing about massage and spa treatment, there is only one place where you can get and change beach towels, but it is often closed (lunch time), fitness and indoor swimming pool are open from 8 am till 7 pm. Do not recommend this hotel !!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Ic Hotels Santai. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff, especially Hatice, the cleaning lady, was kind and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious, with a large selection of tasty meals. The hotel area was clean and well-maintained, and the beach had plenty of sunbeds. The hotel team was pleasant and provided different forms of entertainment. They even surprised me with a birthday celebration, including wine and a cake. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, was perfect.
